Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MLS1 USA LLC dba Agent House AI (“Agent House AI,” “we” or “us”) collects through agenthouseai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request 30 days free on our home page, we collect:
- your name, email address and mobile phone number;
- your real estate license number and the state you are licensed in;
- the title company or mortgage lender sponsoring your trial, with the name and email address or phone number of your contact there.
When you book a call, you give your booking details to Calendly, our scheduling provider.
Information collected automatically
With a request, our form also records the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source). Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and our own pages do not set cookies. Calendly may set its own cookies when its booking page is shown.
How we use it
- to set up your trial and your setup call on Zoom;
- to contact you about your request and your account;
- to contact the sponsor you name about sponsoring your trial;
- to understand which links bring people to our site;
- to keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations as a licensed brokerage.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
- the service providers that run our site and scheduling: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Calendly (booking) and Zoom (setup calls);
- the title company or lender you name as your sponsor;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your request or account is active, and after that for as long as we need it to meet our legal and licensing obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jeremy@agenthouseai.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, your state may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
Do Not Track
Our site does not track you across other websites, so it treats every visitor the same whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
Our site is for licensed real estate professionals and business partners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Our site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
